Traditional Pav Bhaji

2 tablespoons Premium Pav Bhaji Masala
4 cups mixed vegetables (potatoes, cauliflower, peas, carrots, bell peppers)
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Pav buns

Boil and mash the mixed vegetables.
Heat butter in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
