Authentic Chole Masala

2 tablespoons Premium Chole Masala
2 cups dried chickpeas, soaked overnight
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, pureed
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish

Cook the soaked chickpeas in a pressure cooker until tender.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
Stir in Premium Chole Masala and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked chickpeas and salt. Mix well and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
